I assume you wrote the text in an external editor ant then copy/pasted it to your browser. When doing so the editor widget tries to keep the formatting from the source and everything goes downhill from there. Two solutions:
- Paste with Ctrl-Shift-V: this only copies the bare text and discards all the fancy stuff
- Select you whole post, and the click the Remove formatting icon in the editor widget toolbar (A with red "forbidden" sign on it).
Your suggestion didn't work. I d/l'ed the Ubuntu Focal 20.04 : Plugin for Gimp 2.10 and put it in .config/GIMP-AppImage/2.10/plug-ins and it didn't register in GIMP_AppImage-git-2.10.21 at all.
I renamed the plugin to gmic_gimp_qt-292 and it did register but still with numerous errors on many of the filters.
Maybe I didn't download the correct file? I got it from here:
Ubuntu 20.04 Focal: Plug-in for GIMP 2.10
Thanks for the tip on formatting.
