I would like to use the banner as a background image for text to be superimposed in order to show progress. So I'd like to start with the issue on top of a grey tones background on the left and end with the solution over a coloured background on the right. As the solution is a gradual one, I'd like to transition from grey tones to colour in a fluent way.
Does this make more sense?
