CR3 RAW + UFRAW instead of RawTherapee
It would have to be the most recent nufraw-gimp plugin compiled for Gimp 2.10, however I have that with my kubuntu Gimp 2.10.22 and while it opens CR2 it does not recognise CR3. I think you are better off with RawTherapee.
