Principle: your circles are centered on the vertices of a pentagon, and their radius is one half of the side of such a pentagon. So:

• Create a pentagon (several ways in OPTS)
  
• Edit > Disjoin strokes (ofn-path-edits)
  
• Transform Segments > Resize strokes : 0-50 (o divide by two)
  
• On Segments > Circles,   use "Radius"
