OK, let's reduce this belly ➤ Select the Warp Transform tool, input the setting below ➤ Select Shrink area in the Tool Options (see in the screenshot) and multiple click (click multiple time) on the belly with the tool until your friend is happy.
BTW, the "brush size is quite important, it should be a bit bigger than the part you want to shrink (you can do it better by not being at the very same place while clicking multiple times as I was)
When I said "multiple time" it's like to click 15-20 times click on its belly (more or less)
