GIMP 2.10 incomplete on Linux

It is just an updated version of ufraw.

I just gave the appimage a try. My advice.

If you have Gimp 2.8.x installed, disable the gimp profile ~./gimp-2.8 (rename to ~./ggimp-2.8) to prevent copying to the Gimp appimage profile ~./config/GIMP.appimage (then rename back)

BIMP works, put the plugin in ~./config/GIMP.appimage/2.10/plug-ins

not sure what else works or is included.
