Sorry for my rudeness, I was import my pictures into the GIMP via printscreen, for now i way try It download some pictures from google with green background, and I was crop it like my pictures, but result is the same.

But same result.

BTW: "terribly pixellated edges" its OK, its images for low resolution industry monitor (HMI)
