I have been using the ofnuts dialmarkers to generate square markers.
Is there any way i can generate a rotating arrow in multiple layers, maybe with similiar concept of the dialmarkers ?

Only tutorial i found out there to create circular arrow is from inkscape: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGFp4EoJi9g
