1. Set the dynamics option to pressure-opacity. If using fade-tapering then be aware of the Dynamics OptionsÂ
2. Use Edit -> Input Devices to tweak the pressure curve.
3. I see MyPaint brushes there. AFAIK it is an old version of the mypaint engine and tablet pressure has no effect, but it does have its own opacity setting.
