You are posting in the Gimp 2.8 section but your user profile says Gimp 2.10 - which one is it.

As far as I know there is no macOS Gimp help package available.

You can get a really good Gimp 2.10 PDF copy of help for local use here: https://gimp.linux.it/www/meta/gimp-help-2.10-en.pdf
