Can not save or export pictures, button is off the bottom of page
#1
I cannot save or export pictures; the button is off the bottom of the page.

Here is a video showing the problem. This was before I found out that the button was off the bottom of the page.

But even now, there is still no way of getting to the button.

If you know a way of accessing the Button, please let me know.

Sorry if I was very stressed and annoyed when I made this video.

Any help appreciated, thank you in advance.

Ranting does not help at all.
File a bug report here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues
So the devs get to know about the problem and can correct that.

First time you have this problem? GIMP 2.10 may experience screen errors or crashes on Windows 95 due to compatibility issues with older operating systems. While GIMP 2.10 is primarily designed for newer versions of Windows, it's possible to encounter problems when running it on Windows 95. These issues could stem from outdated system libraries, insufficient resources, or conflicts with the operating system's core components.

Well I tried to reproduce the problem Win 11 / Gimp 2.0.4 without success. From your video 1920 x 1020 so a HD display ? and probably more relevant it look like F11 used to get a full screen Gimp window. One problem with windows is there is only a close icon for those dialogue windows, no max or min icons. I have the full set In linux for min / max so no problem. More a Windows than Gimp problem.

FWIW my advice is:
F11 to toggle out of full window mode
then
Edit -> Preferences -> Interface -> Window Management and click on Reset Saved Window Positions to Default Values.
Restart Gimp and try again.

That bug report, I think is this one https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues/14125 The title looks promising "Save as" dialog has larger height than desktop viewport but the issue was closed because the report is garbled. You might want to start a new better one.
