GIMP v3.2.4 failed to launch

Hi, 
I have Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22631.6936).

Installed v3.2.4.  Gimp crashes when trying to launch it with the following error (from event log):

Where did you get your gimp from?
https://www.gimp.org/downloads/ is the best place. Can't be confident that it is good, if not.

You could go here https://gitlab.gnome.org/ and report a bug (Check to see if it has been first).

I installed GIMP 3.2.4 as suggested by the GIMP installer, and subsequently GIMP is located in: User/AppData/Local/Applications/Gimp 3. The program starts without error. ( windows 11)

Hi, yes I downloaded from https://www.gimp.org/downloads/ .  I was trying to investigate further about the crash and decided to run the Microsoft Process Monitor.  When I did that, GIMP will start up without problem.  Are there other ways to debug the crash?
