There must be a few 'buntu 24.04 (Noble) using Gimp 3 from the Panda Jim PPA by now.
My must-have plugins are
resynthesizer / heal selection / heal transparency
gmic_gimp_qt (3.7.5)
Compiled for Gimp 3 working (for me) Gimp 3.2.4 checked with kubuntu 24.04 and Mint 22.3
In a zip here: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=...kkAHkFPUpk about 6 MB
Unzip and put the 5 folders in ~/.config/GIMP/3.2/plug-ins/
Remember, gmic needs QT5 If not installed try
