Perspective tool anchors.

When using the perspective tool to modify an image that needs much adjustment the process could be made better. It appears that the perspective tool anchors the original corners of the picture except for the one you are changing even after they have moved. Doing it this way causes the alignment of the other corners to change requiring you to readjust them (sometimes more than once). Wouldn't it be better to anchor the other corners on the new corner of the picture so they don't require readjustment after set? (Hope that makes sense). Or have a button for that option. First picture is original, second is first pass, third is second pass, 4th is final.

I see the resolution of the images isn't very good. Here is the bottom right corner after adjusting each corner from the top left corner and proceeding clockwise.

With GIMP 2.10.38, several plugins by Ottia Tuotta simplified such workflows. The creator doesn't have time to convert the plugins to GIMP 3, so we must wait for someone else to do the conversion.

No Idea what you are talking about. Perspective has been ported and works the same as the old version, never the less the tool would work better with the above enhancement. I am trying to use the built in perspective tool not some user tool. Try grabbing just the face of the puzzle box (image1) by moving the corners only once. The corner points shift because thats not whats anchored.
