Problem posting an update to my plugin
#1
I tried to post a new thread for my updated pl_stroke_arrows plugin, and was granted the "Your are in violation with the forum's rules" message, with a link to said rules.

I don't get what part of my message did upset the forum filter, my post was similar to the previous update.

Any idea what could be wrong?

What were you uploading? a Python file? A Zip? What size?

Also, remember the time, so I have a better luck searching the logs?

I did only upload an image. And there are two links to the github pages. Exactly like this thread.

I don't have the exact time, it must have been max half an hour before I started this thread. I can try again today and note down the exact time in case it happens again.

There you go:

The plugin V0.8 also works with gimp 3.0.6-1 and 3.2 RC1. Too bad the path of the arrow is not preserved. I checked: keep path (the original path is kept). Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the feedback denzios. Is the arrow path not preserved in 3.0.6, in 3.2RC1, or both? (I'll try right away on my system).

I'll wait for Ofnuts' diagnostic before publishing the update more officially.

P.S: I just tried on both, Ubuntu Linux 24.04LTS, and it works, paths are conserved when the option is checked. What is your Windows version?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the arrow path is preserved but the arrow point path is not preserved or made.

On both GIMP versions?

Could you show me a screenshot of the dialog with the parameters you used ?

That was the reason.  Blush I could only find this plugin in the GIMP menu. I checked an earlier post, and the v08 plugin should be at the bottom of the GIMP edit menu. I can't find it.
