Gimp V.3.2.x No Batch Edit Mode?
#1
Has Gimp stopped including Batch editing. It seems to have gone since v3.0.8. but was such a useful tool. If so, does anyone know of a GUI plug-in for this version please.

Thanks in advance

Taggs: Hi! To my knowledge, there's no built-in "Batch Edit mode" though it's on the roadmap. Probably you had the Batcher plug-in installed and just need to update to the newest version: Batcher - Batch image processing plug-in for GIMP

Not sure what you want.  Is it;

Command line in a terminal such as :
C:\Program Files\GIMP 3\bin>gimp-console -i -b "(some-script-to-apply-to-images)" -b "(gimp-quit 0)"
which as far as I know still works

or a GUI plugin for Gimp3  such as:

Hi CmykStudent_,

I'm wondering if you are right. I don't ever remember installing it (my memory is not was it used to be), so I assumed that it was included in the version I was using. I updated my GIMP install to the latest version and it was gone. Removed and re-installed my previous version and it was there.

I've installed the lastest version of GIMP and Batcher but still option for batch editing. I will continue to try and get it to work.  Many thanks for your reply.

Many thanks for your reply, it is a GUI that I'm after. Following on from CmykStudent_'s I'm wondering if I had already installed batcher but forgot and that version was not working with the latest version of GIMP.

Looks like I am sorted now. Many thanks.
