Hi,
When i add a Text layer, a transparent box appears just above. Unfortunately this box disturbs, how can i deactivate or move it?

It's the text layer boundary. That's normal. If you select another layer the text layer boundery disappear. You can hide the layer boudery in the gimp menu :
View / Show Layer Boundary

What I understood is that the OP is referring to this box above the text.
I agree with him. I always found this box annoying.

Your prayers have been listened to, in Gimp3 there us a tool option to show/hide the on-canvas editor.
