good day.

can you give me some hints - for the approch of re-colorizing the right part of the image.

well the thid color - that is visible - i want to slightly re color this - and give it a bit - lets say overtuned "yellow" . to allmost "white"
in the dots and - perhaps a kind of red in the lines ...

is this possible

When you create your image you may need to do it in at least two layers. One for the dots and one for the lines.
On transparent layers create your lines with paths (Using the grid may be helpful here) then on another transparent layer make your dots where you want them positioned. To give the dots a white to yellow look, alpha to select that layer, then create a gradient and use that from one end to the other in linear.
With the lines just stroke the paths red.
You may need to add another layer the colour you want your background as. Drop that to the bottom.

I tried this : use 'Colours / Hue-Saturation' and play with the 'Hue' slider to get a yellow colour. Copy the layer to a new layer and use the layer mode to get the result of own taste. Here I used 'Grain Merge'

good day dear friends,  Smile

@sallyanne, @denzios – thank you both so much for your detailed and creative suggestions! Heart

...this is really really awesome and much more than i expected.

I really appreciate that you took the time to think about the layer-based approach (sallyanne) and the color rotation/hue mapping ideas (denzios).

I’ve experimented with both, and they already helped me get closer to the look I’m aiming for.
To give you a bit more context:  I’m trying to create a kind of a abstract network visualization style...

What I especially love to get  in my picture is hmm lets say the right side feels “overdriven” – almost blown out into a bright yellow-white glow, while the lines still keep a warm reddish tone.

i would love to get the colors in a lets say more intense mode, but the structure stays readable.

So my question at the moment is: how - how would the  approach to achieve a kind of “overexposedyellow-to-white transition on the right side, while keeping the lines slightly red and the overall network structure intact?

I’m open to non-destructive workflows, layer blending tricks, or even selective color grading.

Thanks again for the great input so far – I’d love to hear more ideas!

Cheers!
