Arch linux64
wayland 


1. custom font 
2. make a letter
3. filter: lens blur
3.5 double check for alpha layer on each enabled layer
4. export as png
what do i do wrong?

Try lowering all layers first. Then export as PNG? If you live in Russia I'm sorry.

Can you share the XCF? Also, you have two layers with ↵ and one of them doesn't seem to be transparent?
