The gimp-stroke-arrows-0.8 folder is created when you unzip the downloaded file. You need to place the pl_stroke_arrows folder (located inside this extraction folder) into the GIMP plug-ins folder.
This is a general rule for all plugins in GIMP 3.0: all plugins must be inside a folder with the exact same name (without the .py or any other extension).

The name of the folder is wrong.
Remove the -0.8 from the name.
Folder's name should be same as plug-in's name without the .py

No no, he should not rename the folder, that won't work: the correct folder is already inside, he just needs to get it out.

Yes, that was the problem. I had copied the extracted files, including the subfolder, to the GIMP 3 plugin folder. The plugin is very useful for various applications. Well done. Thanks for the support.

This is the message you get when one of the words on your thread titles is in the blocked list. Unfortunately your screenhost doesn't show the whole thread title. Can you post the full title here so I can check which word that would be?

I think it was "[...] updated to v0.8, now with language support"
The term "language" might also have been "internationalization", or "multilingual"
Weird.

"Support" was in the block list (with a significant number of hits, because at some point it was fairly frequent in spams that advertised Windows support). I have removed it, so try again...

Oooh, ok, I couldn't have guessed this one! Thanks, I'll try again soon.
