In Inkscape they are called extensions A search for Inkscape +extensions usually gets a result.

You could start here: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/...Extensions

Many (most) of the old extensions for Inkscape 0.48 no longer work with version 0.9x due to syntax changes. Often try and see.

 i know that  , but in Gimp there is all-in-one ! installer ! so is there something similar in inkscape!!?!

For Windows?

There is this. http://registry.gimp.org/node/27656

Very dangerous, installs to C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins 

Mixes all the cr*p in with the essential gimp files.
