- select the orange lines/point with the 'Fuzzy Select Tool'
- Select/Grow (3 pixels)
- delete selection
- Select/None
- Filters/Enhance/Heal Tranparency
- correct with the 'Clone Tool'

- correct with the 'Clone Tool

The image after healing, need some cloning :
