shift Q cursor clarity
#1
In the new GIMP 3.0.6 the shift Q hard round brush cursor is almost invisible.   What can I do to make it visible enough to see well?

Any fix that works would do fine, but also there is a refinement that would help a great deal.

I found that when separating transparent background from object, my visualizing the positional edge and of the perfectly round cursor of the right diameter increased my ability to judge the w/b painting clicks with treat imp;rovment.

The flaw in the display is that the image I am working from is anti-aliased and the stair stepped brush perimeter is badly mismatched because the perimeter of the circle should be a smooth circle rather than a stair step approximation in order to exactly judge the placing of the paint.  In my current application of the paint, I have adjusted the parameters so that the exact tangent of the paint brush circle belongs exactly at the visualized edge conceptually defined by the anti-aliased pixels.

If I had a smooth circular tagent parameter of the brush displayed when I work, I could place the brush so well that it would give me  an absolutely perfect result.

Sincerely,
