I do not know if Partha is still active, last post was October 2020, hope he is OK.

Whats not worth the effort, first try took forever to render the RAW file in nufraw, which eventually 'hangs' I had to close down the Win10 VM .

The usual, unzip, put the 5 files bz2-1.dll libjasper.dll libjpeg-9.dll nufraw-gimp.exe nufraw.py in C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins
