Gimp 3.0.4 AppImage
#1
...for ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 / equivalent Mint.

On my cloud storage gimp_304_deb.AppImage about 97 MB
https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=...T6WXijSh2V

Comes with installed gimp_gmic_qt 3.5.4 (remember QT5 is required) and resynth-heal plug-ins.

Edit:  An update for gmic plugin 3.5.5
https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=...HGOf2U7NUk
Download unzip and put the gimp_gmic_qt folder in your user plugins folder (it will supersede the old version)

It has some failings, python is a bit old.  The usual guarantee - there is none

... there is also the gimp.org Gimp 3.0.4 appimage Get it from  https://www.gimp.org/downloads/  - Give them a day or so to update their web page or go to https://download.gimp.org/gimp/v3.0/linux/

Many thanks. I downloaded your previous version already and have added some plugins in a specific folder. So, if I install your latest, can I add the specific folder path in the preference and use the plugins stored in that folder?

Yes, It works the same as any other Gimp update.  Your Gimp user profile, which contains the Folder paths remains.
Your plugins are normally in ~/.config/GIMP/3.0/plug-ins/  But you can check in Edit -> Preferences -> Folders.
You can add your own. I am lazy and add a more convenient folder  Typically (1) The system folder (2) The User Profile location (3) My added plugins folder.
