Heal selection comes from an add-on plugin "resynthesizer" Where you get that from depends on your OS and Gimp version (is it still Gimp 2.10) So, what OS ???
An alternative is the gimp_gmic_qt plugin, which has the filter inpaint. http://www.gmic.eu
