Release candidate #1 for Gimp 2.10 is out!

There should be many-many folders and files.

If you have not already done so, make access to ...\appdata\roaming easier by enabling hidden files.

I have enabled hidden files. There is nothing there regarding GIMP.

I have Partha's portable version. I'll try another one.

Portable explains the 'no files'

As of today there is a Gimp 2.10.0 see https://www.gimp.org/

Does New seed parameter work for you in official 2.10 ?

For example in Filter->Render->Noise-Cell Noise

@grit

Looks like a bug to me. Was working in Gimp 2.9.9 but not now. I can not see any report so-far

Congratulations, you have fixed a bug.

Although you might have to wait until Gimp 2.10.2 is out to see it Wink

In the meantime, use a jumble of numbers if you need a new seed
